Privacy at EuroDrop

This page explains how EuroDrop handles account data, file delivery, notifications, and security in plain language.

What EuroDrop does

EuroDrop helps firms receive client files through a secure upload portal and deliver those files into the recipient's Google Drive.

What we store

EuroDrop stores the minimum account data required to operate the service, including your Google account email, portal slug, encrypted refresh token, and configuration such as destination folder settings.

How file delivery works

Uploaded files are processed for transfer and sent into the connected Google Drive account. The product is designed around direct-to-drive delivery rather than long-term file retention inside the app.

Email notifications

When enabled by the product flow, EuroDrop may send operational emails such as uploader receipts and recipient notifications related to a file transfer.

Security posture

Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Access to dashboard functionality is protected by a server-side session gate and operational controls in the deployment environment.

Google API Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
